How to store dried psilocybe mushrooms

Properly stored, dried cubensis stays potent for 1–2 years. Get it wrong and psilocybin degrades in weeks.

• Dry — cracker-dry before storage; any moisture and you’ll grow mold
• Airtight — vacuum-seal or Mason jar with silica pack
• Dark — light degrades psilocybin faster than anything
• Cool — room temp is fine, freezer is even better (do not thaw and refreeze)

For 5+ year storage, powder your shrooms and freeze in a vacuum-sealed pouch.
