Refund & Reshipment Policy
Damaged or incorrect items
Email sales@shroombrocanada.ca with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will reship the correct product at no cost or issue a full refund.
Lost packages
If Canada Post confirms a package as lost in transit, we reship the full order or refund 100% at your choice.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Once a tracking number is generated the order cannot be cancelled.
Non-refundable
We do not refund based on subjective experience or potency expectations. All products are lab-tested and batched for consistency.
